Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Elementum Concepts. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders are processed and delivered.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped

Because many of our products are small-batch or made-to-order, processing times may occasionally be longer. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you by email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

3. International Shipping

We may offer international shipping to select countries.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

  • Taxes or other local charges

Elementum Concepts is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update.

5. Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carriers (UPS, USPS, DHL, etc.)

  • Weather or natural events

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

6. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs

  • We cannot guarantee address changes after an order is placed

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it:

  • Check with neighbors or your local carrier

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly

Elementum Concepts is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered, but we will do our best to assist you.

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

We will review and offer a replacement or refund if appropriate.
